About the club
Naturnetz makes measurable contributions to biodiverse natural and cultural landscapes in Switzerland by promoting particularly valuable species and habitats. To achieve this, we collaborate with partners to maximize our impact.
Education & Volunteering
Our environmental education and volunteering programs combine nature conservation with personal commitment. Schools, companies, and volunteer groups join us in protecting nature – directly outdoors, with their minds, hearts, and hands.
With every project, we not only create biodiverse habitats, but also "aha" moments: Those who get involved themselves gain a better understanding of ecological relationships – and pass this knowledge on. This multiplier effect is central to our mission: to protect nature – and inspire people to do the same.
What began in 2014 as the platform arbeitseinsatz.ch with individual placements has now become a growing part of our overall services. As part of the Naturnetz association, environmental education and volunteering benefits from our expertise, infrastructure, and network throughout Switzerland.

Thank you very much for your interest in the Nature Network. In addition to permanent employees, Naturnetz also employs a team of field interns on a seasonal basis and, if required, temporary operations managers.
We are currently looking for:
