David Rast

David Rast has been supporting our team as operations manager since the 2023 season.

In his free time, David can usually be found outside, and he especially loves spending the night outside. In autumn, he goes to our forests to collect chestnuts or to marvel at the variety of shapes and colours of our mushrooms. David is part of the night owl team, because he enjoys twilight and the animals of the night the most. But the early bird can also count on him, although not to catch worms, because for David, these belong in the vegetable garden.
